Actual space rocks with Dr. Brian May!
We were delighted to be invited to the launch of Brian May’s The London Stereoscopic Company’s Bennu 3-D book at the Natural History Museum in London. It’s a stereoscopic account of NASA’s incredible OSIRIS-REx Mission to return a sample from a nearby asteroid. It’s a mindblowing achievement and to see it rendered was really something else. There’s no one better to convey the excitement of it all and the importance of stereoscopy than its chief evangelist – the wonderful Brian May, along with mission leader and co-author Dante Lauretta, and the museum’s own planetary scientist Sara Russell. Space rocks indeed.
